Permanent Judicial Commission

Responsibilities: This commission is the means through which the presbytery conducts hearings and trials concerning remedial and disciplinary cases.

 

Composition: Nine members composed of ministers and elders in numbers as nearly equal as possible in three classes of six year terms, elected in even years.

 

Meetings: The commission meets only when a case is transmitted to it.
