Stronghold Camp & Retreat Center Committee

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to staff in policy development and implementation and budget development and review. Present to presbytery an annual budget for approval.
Provide leadership in fund raising and fund development.
Be in partnership with staff in strategic planning and to act as a think tank with staff for the betterment of Stronghold ministry.

Composition: Nine (9) members in three (3) classes of three (3) persons, as equally divided between lay and clergy as possible.
